Jessica Pumo

Jessica is an operator who turns strategic vision into executable reality. She partners with founder-led organizations where rapid expansion has outpaced operational capacity. Her mission is to build the structure and leadership rhythms that make growth predictable rather than chaotic.

With over 20 years of experience, including time as an EVP of Delivery & Operations, Jessica specializes in transforming mid-market companies into disciplined businesses. Her track record proves it. She implemented financial governance frameworks that reduced forecast variance by over 40% and increased annual recurring revenue share by 20% year over year.
